OUR RAISON D`ETRE

Thysosud is a production workshop for premium quality ready-to-wear fashion. The company is specialized in producing limited to mid-sized series with a very high quality. This quality is guaranteed by our state-of-the-art equipped factory, by our team of highly skilled workers and by the on-site presence of our manager, Kristien Thys, during production. Thysosud collaborates with European brands and designers of fashion for women, men and children. We aim at developing a long-term relationship with our customers, where fair prices and exceptional quality are key.

PRODUCTION PARTNER

Our philosophy is to realize long-term collaborations with our customers. We`d like to see ourselves evolve from an excellent ready-to-wear workshop to your trusted production partner. This means that we are open for any suggestion to improve our services or to enlarge the scope of our offerings. At present we are already offering following services :

• advice and consulting regarding patterns and during the entire production cycle
• prototyping / collection
• pre-production

• digitalisation and gradation of patterns
• digital cutting of tissue with our Lectra automatic cutting machine
• organizing outsourced operations as dyeing, washing, embroidery, printing, ...

LOCATION

The company is located at 30 km from Casablanca, Morocco, the economic heart of North-Africa. Thysosud has a spacious and pleasant workshop in the village of Had Soualem (1400 m2 of workshop and 400 m2 of offices). The building is perfectly fit to support the growth plan of the company during the years to come.

Besides our premises in Morocco, we also have a warehouse in Antwerp, Belgium, and Kristien is in Europe frequently to meet with customers.

EQUIPMENT

Thysosud has invested in state-of-the-art equipment :

• Lectra ® CAD/CAM software for digitalisation and gradation of patterns
• Lectra ® software for automatic placement of cut plans
• Lectra ® digital cutting machine that cuts up to 30 layers of tissue in 1 operation
• Juki ® sewing machines with dry operation
• an extensive range of special machines, like jersey machines, double needle lockstitch machines, blindseam machine, electronic bartacking machine, lockstitch buttonhole machine,...

Thanks to our Lectra software and digital cutting machine, Thysosud can perform very accurate gradation and high tissue cut quality. Thanks to our premium Juki sewing machines and our special machines, we can work with a broad range of tissues and patterns.
